ANZAC Day - April 25th marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces at Gallipoli during the First World War. In subsequent years the meaning of ANZAC day has been further broadened to include Australians in all Australian military operations.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
Lest we forget.
