We've been very fortunate to have been able to spend the last 4 days away over the ANZAC weekend in our camper at Phillip Island. Unfortunately, we had to set up in the rain (and later we would end up packing up in the rain too) but in between we were lucky to have favourable weather that allowed us to get out and about and explore lots of things!
The highlight of the visit for Adam in particular was seeing the 'Penguin Parade' - unfortunately in order to protect the 'Little Penguins' they don't allow any photography of the dusk parade but here's an image I grabbed from the internet which shows these cute little creatures! We always referred to them as 'Fairy Penguins' but their name has been changed in recent years and now they are known as 'Little Penguins' - cute aren't they? Adam just loved being able to see them up close and personal as we walked back along the boardwalk . . . they were just everywhere!
Another place we visited was the Churchill Island Heritage Farm - here's just a few of my favourite pics!
A gorgeous window view of the garden from inside a little cottage
Another stop whilst we were in Phillip Island was the Koala Conservation Centre - look at this cute little fellow who was sitting quite low in one of the trees . . . ohhh . . . isn't he sweet?
Phillip Island has some very spectacular coastline and I couldn't help but keep my camera snapping away - here's just a few of my favourites!

If you happen to use Facebook and are interested - I've added a heap of other photos onto my profile too! It was certainly a lovely 4 day break . . . now comes all the unpacking and washing - *grin*
