Well - it's a new month and with that comes a new selection of Scrappitpacks from Scrappit!
Here's the first pack that I got to work with! I have to say I just loved the colour combination of this one! I wanted the quote that was printed on the pattern paper to remain a part of the focus of the page, so carefully placed both my photo and other elements around it.
The photo is actually the 21st cake I made for myself some years ago and the journaling about that has been included in the accent pocket too! It's amazing how I can still remember icing the sides of that cake and how it seemed to take me absolutely ever to do! Amazing - that was 20 years ago!
In other news, Mel and I walked again yesterday and I'm pleased to say when I jumped on the scales this morning another loss was recorded - yay for me - *grin* - so I have to say I'm feeling really good and continually motivated to continue with my daily walking routine!
