I know - I've been so bad at keeping things updated around here . . . I'm so sorry . . . time just seems to get away from me sometimes! Thank-you to those of you who have emailed from overseas to ask if everything is OK - it's amazing to think that you are in the thoughts of others on the other side of the world. I really do appreciate you thinking of me and my family!
I've been busy in the garden once again and Mel & I have been continuing our weekly walks . . . we're actually stepping up the time too which has been fantastic . . . I'm really enjoying seeing the scales continue to go down . . . it makes me so inspired to keep going . . . infact, I've been so inspired that I've started swimming when the boys are having their Squad and Swimming Lessons . . . no more just sitting there and watching them . . . now I'm in the pool as well and reaping the benefits too!
In other news . . . with a little financial help from Mum & Dad, James has a new toy . . . he decided to put some of his birthday money towards an Electric Guitar! He's been having a great time just playing around with some tunes and surprisingly they haven't been all that bad - *grin* - I've got the number of someone local that does private lessons, so we'll probably look into that next term.
Here's a few photos of James in action!
I love the colour he chose!
I'll try and snap a few more of James playing when he's not feeling so self-conscious about us all watching him - *grin*
