Well, despite three out of four race wins today, James was lucky to finish the day with a 3rd place trophy. You see, in that other race that he'd now rather forget, he had a DNF - Did Not Finish - because he ended up stuck in the stones after his own error of judgement.
I guess you could say it was learning the hard way, but it's certainly a move that he probably won't do again - he had attempted to pass someone on the outside of a corner and then proceeded to pull in a little too early and clipped their tyre on his which caused him to spin off the track. Oh well - as they say - that's racing - at least he didn't drop his bundle and forfeit the rest of the day - he got back in the kart and drove just beautifully after that!
