Yesterday seemed to come and go so quickly - don't you hate days like that? So many things on my To Do List and I think I only crossed off 4 of them - sigh - mind you I lost 3 and a half hours going to a training session in town and then had a meeting in the afternoon that went for an hour and half or so! Oh well - I'm going to have a catch-up day today which I hope will prove to be very productive!
I remembered last night that I'd never got around to sharing my completed Christmas page that featured the Ink and Beads on the title. I am putting together a Christmas album that each year I add to and everyone is able to sit back and flick through it's pages when we are all together at Christmas. Whilst this will be my title page for this year, I used a photo from last year so that the page was complete and could be displayed at Paperific. When I have my 2007 photo, I'll just simply replace the image. If you'd like to be reminded of how I created the title, just scroll down to find the post with the close-up photo and I've described it in detail for you.
Speaking of Christmas - whilst at Paperific, I picked up a cute Christmas Tree stamp that I've decided I'll use for my Christmas Cards this year - I've decided I'll try and keep them all relatively simple and do some gold embossed stamped images on them. Now I just have to make a promise to myself that I don't leave them all to do at the last minute like happened last year!
Actually, it got me wondering - do you make your own Christmas Cards and do you make them all the same? I spotted some simply stunning embroidered Christmas Cards at Paperific and whilst they did tempt me, I know I just wouldn't have the time to get them done - I did love the concept though and jotted some ideas down for future reference!
Until next time,
