Yep! It's another project that I've been working on using the gorgeous new Rasberry - this time I've combined them with a fantastic 'Scrapware' Wooden Tag Album as well!
I've used a range of the new Rasberry 'Soda' pattern papers on each page throughout the album, adhering each one using mod podge and then sanding the edges for a smooth finish.
You might also notice that I've used some of the scrap sheets from the new 'Soda' range to add a little blocked pattern to each of the pages as well! Once the pages were covered (and before adding the photos) I sealed them with a clear lacquer to make the album surface nice and durable.
I've made this album for my niece and it features 16 of my most favourite scrapping pages that I've created about her. Everytime I do a scrapbooking page, I always scan the page and save the image onto my computer. For a project such as this one, it is then a simple matter of opening the images, re-sizing them (in this case to 3 inches square) and then printing them out.
Anyway - here's the inside 4 pages -
I'm sure she'll love flipping through the pages of this album and hopefully it will stand up to the wear and tear of a 2 1/2 year old for quite some time - well, I hope it does anyway!
Before I go today, I just wanted to extend a very big thank-you to everyone who has not only stopped by to visit my blog BUT also for all the lovely comments that you have shared - I certainly appreciate your kind words and enjoy looking at your blogs too!
Until next time . . .
