and here I am blogging again . . . I've gotta give you guys something to read or you just aint going to bother checking in :)
I managed to get out in the garden a bit on the weekend and not only got some much need mowing done but also a little pruning - it may be a little early BUT hey . . . whilst I have the time I'm (and the inclination), I'm going to tackle a little every now and then. We've got 10 fruit trees that require their annual pruning and I must admit that it does become a daunting task if I leave them to all do at once. Especially when there are so many other native plants in the garden that also appreciate a little tender loving care to get them looking at their best. So - I can confidently say that I now only have 8 of those fruit trees left to prune - the pear and cherry trees are done - gee I hope we are fortunate to actually get some more fruit on these too . . . they'll be 3 years old this summer so hopefully this will be the year for them.
On the scrapping front I made some progress on a Scrappit Circle Journal for Shannon and just have to complete my sign in tag . . . after being behind with Michelle's one, I'm so glad that I will be able to say that I am actually on time this month - woo hoo :) I loved the topic too - of course aside from my family, the one thing I can't live without (aside from my sunglasses but that topic was already covered - LOL) was my digital camera! I've had so much fun putting this one together and so I do hope you like it Shannon! I've shown a pic of it in my Miscellaneous Photo Album . . . pics on my pages are compliments of www.dpreview.com (it's a bit hard to take pics of your own camera when you have to use it - LOL)
Oh and here is another page I've completed since I last blogged - another one done with the gorgeous May CLUB Scrappit products - and I couldn't resist adding some of those Fancy Pants flowers as well . . . they just complimented so perfectly! This is my dear brother and his gorgeous daughter on the day we were all heading home from Tathra. Love the photos Wayne! I can already see so many of the qualities I love in Dad coming out in you!
